The Space:

Step inside and discover your own slice of serenity. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful stone countertops, a Keurig and drip combo coffee maker, and bar seating for two—ideal for chatting while prepping breakfast or snacks. Gather at the dining table for four to enjoy meals together, work on a puzzle, or map out your next adventure. The cozy living area invites you to relax with a sectional, two armchairs, and a smart TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite series. A fireplace adds just the right touch for cozy evenings, and board games provide unplugged fun for the whole group. Slide open the doors to your private, screened-in patio and soak in breathtaking lake views. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, access to the screened-in patio, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.



This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 1 vehicle in a marked spot in front of the unit. 1 additional vehicle may park in any available unmarked space around the complex.

• Boat slip available for rent at $25 per day based on availability.

• Another condo is available for rent in the same complex—perfect for larger groups or added convenience.

• BBQ grill is communal and shared among the complex, not private to the unit.

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are a part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental. To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to the following guidelines:

o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay. Dogs only.

o Only dogs under 30 pounds are permitted. We do not allow pets over this weight limit. This policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or any disturbances to neighbors are not permitted. Pets should not be left unattended in the property unless in a secure crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in the surrounding areas. Any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds and sofas. Please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations. Pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, Damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund.

o By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our guests.

o Please note that there is an additional Daily Pet Fee of $25 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year.
