Welcome to this thoughtfully renovated ground-level studio—an ideal escape for solo travelers or couples looking for a clean, stylish, and easygoing stay in Colorado Springs.

🛏️ Bedroom

The bedroom is inviting and thoughtfully designed for comfort, featuring a plush queen bed with a white wooden headboard, soft lighting, and a Smart TV perfect for winding down. A cozy reading chair offers a quiet nook to relax with a book or enjoy your morning coffee. A side table with storage and a striking mountain landscape artwork bring added charm and a sense of place. You’ll also find a cabinet stocked with books and board games, adding a homey touch that makes the space feel warm and welcoming.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a full-sized fridge, oven with range, and dishwasher. White cabinetry and dark countertops provide both function and contrast, while wood-look flooring and recessed lighting give the space a polished feel. You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit B on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Nook has direct access from inside the garage into the unit, making entry simple and secure.



Guest Access:

🔑 Guests have full access to the ground-level apartment Unit #B, including the living and sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. You'll also have access to your own private patio with a fire pit and seating—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The backyard is shared only with the upstairs unit in the duplex. Two clearly marked parking spots are included: one inside the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply

We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee

$20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🔐 Please note: This home is the ground-level unit of a duplex. While the backyard is shared with the upstairs unit, guests staying here enjoy exclusive use of the private, covered patio area with a cozy fire pit—perfect for relaxing evenings under the lights.
