RV Retreat - Pool - Next to Margaritaville

Welcome to the RV Retreat! Located in Lake Ozarks RV Resort just 0.8 miles from Margaritaville! The Resort offers many amenities including a swimming pool, espresso bar, golf cart rentals, a store, covered picnic area, fire pit with lounge chairs, and a playground for the kids! Inside, you’ll find sleeping arrangements for up to six guests and an air hockey table.

Kitchen/Dining Room
The kitchen is designed to keep things easy and efficient while relaxing at the campground. It features a stove, oven, and full size microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of cabinet space for snacks and supplies while the under-cabinet lighting gives the space a cozy feel. There is a dining area with seating for four.

Living Room
The living area features a flat screen TV, a plush sofa with queen-sized air mattress, and plenty of windows to let in the natural light.

Sleeping arrangements
Above the garage is a queen-sized bed and above the cab is a full-sized bed.

Bathroom
The bathroom features a single vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower.

Outside
Outside you will find a cornhole game, a gas grill, a picnic table, a fire ring, and a retractable awning perfect for those sunny days!

Neighborhood Description
This RV is located off KK in Osage Beach, conveniently located close to all the lakes most popular bars, restaurants, and activities. You are less than one mile from the famous Margaritaville which offers tons of paid activities!

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
