Dakota, thank you for taking the time to explain what happened. We’re very sorry for the last-minute change from your original location and that the alternative property felt like a downgrade in both condition and view. Your feedback about the odor, stairs, and overall feel of the unit is important, and we have reviewed it with our team so we can do better when relocations are required and ensure options and expectations are clearer for our guests.
