Upon your arrival to the house, you'll find it is situated on a quiet dead end street. Which goes with the whole vibe of this neighborhood.

-6 seat golf cart: Enjoy usage of our electric golf cart at no additional fee for easy rides to the public beach access. The golf cart is allowed by the county to be used only on the neighborhood roads, NOT for use on main roads.

- Backyard Oasis: Splash around in our heated saltwater pool, and soak up the sun on the sun ledge while you watch the kids dry off on the swing set nearby. At night, the fun doesn’t end. Turn on the pool lights and 75” 4k tv that faces the pool for movie night. Then dry off and cozy up by the fire pit with sectional seating or sink in the integrated 6 person hottub and enjoy quality time with family and friends. (HOT TUB WATER IS COMPLETELY DRAINED AND REFILLED BETWEEN EACH GUEST), ***HOT TUB NOTICE: AS WE DRAIN AND REFILL THE HOT TUB BEFORE EACH VISIT, THE WATER TEMPERATURE MAY TAKE A FEW HOURS TO HEAT UP. IT MAY NOT BE FULLY WARMED UP ON YOUR ARRIVAL NIGHT, BUT WILL REACH OPTIMAL TEMPERATURE BY THE NEXT DAY.

Rear Porch: Enjoy al fresco dining at our dining table with seating for 6 and gas grill. Watch the game on our 75" 4K TV on the back porch.

In the side yard, kids will enjoy our custom-built Pirate Ship Playset, complete with a slide and sandbox.

Living room- Enjoy our comfortable leather sofas, one being a queen sofa sleeper, 75" 4k tv, and modern electric fireplace. *Disney+, HBO Max, and Hulu subscription

Kitchen- well equipped for cooking gourmet meals. There’s a large island with seating for 4.

Dining - Gather around for family meals at the dining room table with seating for 6. The kitchen island next to the table has 4 additional stools for seating.

- Master Bedroom: Retreat to our spacious master suite, featuring a king-sized bed, complete with a 55" 4K TV, pool view, custom tile shower and double sink vanity.

-Bedroom 2: Unwind in our cozy king-sized bed, 55" 4K TV, and large closet.

- Bunkroom: The kids will love our under the sea-themed bunkroom, featuring twin bunk over queen bed, dresser, and a closet for storage. Also a kids hideaway with the Nintendo Switch that includes Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription featuring several games.
