We are only 250 steps to the uncrowded gem of Riviera Beach where there are no high-rises. Just down the road, you'll get to enjoy the restaurants of 30A without having to worry about the beach ownership restrictions that 30A has placed on all the visiting families.

Main floor: large open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining combo that seats 10. Just off the kitchen, a King Master Bedroom with a full private bath with a walk-in shower that makes it convenient for the elderly. As an added extra bonus, the common area includes a half bath and full laundry. All bedrooms in this home have a television with a large tv in the main sitting area.

Upstairs: Master Suite with King bed and private bath with a private indoor and outdoor sitting areas. There are two additional queen bedrooms (one with two queen beds) and (one with one queen bed). Both bedrooms share the 2nd full bathroom upstairs.
