Breezy Villa features two bedrooms and two baths with a tile floor throughout. There is a split floor plan with each bedroom separated by the living room with their own private baths. Provided are many amenities to make your vacation relaxing, including beach chairs, umbrella, shark's tooth strainer, beach toys and two beach cruiser bicycles.

The tropical back yard is fully fenced for the safety of your pets and children.

Breezy Villa is only 7 miles or 14 minutes from the new Atlanta Braves "Cool Today" stadium where they play their Spring Training games in late February and March.

Proximity to the Gulf of Mexico brings almost constant breezes to this adorable villa. Throw open all the windows and the double French doors and enjoy the fresh ocean air!

Visit beautiful Venice Island only 3 minutes north. Shop, eat and enjoy the many wonderful activities only minutes away, including the Venice Rookery where you can see Bald Eagles and other exotic large birds, the weekly Venice Farmer's Market, Warm Mineral Springs or travel 20 minutes north to Sarasota for the Mote Marine Aquarium or Myakka River Park where you can see alligators in their natural habitat from an air boat.

Venice, Florida is known as the 'Shark's Tooth Capital of the World' and minutes from Caspersen Beach where you can scoop shark's teeth right out of the shallows. Don't worry, these teeth aren't new, they're prehistoric.

On one side of Breezy Villa is the master suite with double doors that close creating a three-room cozy and private retreat from the rest of the home. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of room for your clothes. The master bathroom has a bath tub and shower. Feel extra pampered after your shower with the plush spa towels and waffle cotton spa robe provided for you during your stay.

The third space is a separate office area with a full length desk. Close the master bedroom door, throw your laptop on the desk and surf with high speed wireless Internet with no worries about disturbing someone sleeping.

The second bedroom includes a Queen sized bed and a roomy closet for all of those new “Shark's Tooth Capital” t-shirts. It also boasts its own bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Also offered are two Simmons DreamSleep folding twin beds with very comfy memory foam mattresses and recently added is a Queen sofa bed in the living room with the new living room sofa set. Sheets provided for all extra beds.

The living room lets you sit back and relax between all of that hard work of laying on the beach and features HD TV with loads of HD channels and the ability to record your favorite shows while you are out, wireless Internet access (Free WiFi).

In the dining room, throw open the French doors and let the breeze pour in as you enjoy a little coffee or tea at the shaded patio table. The back patio invites you to cook on the propane grill and dine outside while enjoying the Florida sunshine or comfortable nights under the palm trees while being serenaded by tree frogs and crickets. Relax there and watch your kids or pets play in the fenced yard, chasing the cute little geckos.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, gadgets and updated appliances – including dishwasher. Also included are basic spices, coffee and sugar to get you started.

Next to the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer for drying those wet bathing suits, washing those towels you were sitting on at the beach or getting your clothes cleaned of one adventure and ready for the next.

Breezy Villa has ceiling fans throughout. Also for your convenience is a roomy garage with inside entrance to the house and an automatic garage door opener is provided for your use.

Nearby is a heated outdoor Olympic pool at the Venice YMCA which has great daily, weekly or monthly rates to use the entire facility.

Venice is a very beautiful and laid back city and you're sure to meet other friendly people biking and walking as you take a stroll or walk your dog. The local area has several dog parks and a dog beach in downtown Venice where your pooch can run free.
