UPDATED: Great Location in the Heart of Charleston, SC. Welcome Travelers!

This home is located in the center of the Tri-Counties: Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley. Best place to stay! You will have the pleasure and comfort of a down home feel. On the premises is: full range kitchen supplied with cookware, washer and dryer, and a 50 inch Smart TV w/DVD player and Netflix. TV's are also available in each bedroom.

This is a very spacious and cozy two bedroom, two and a half bath, SMOKE-FREE HOME. Can accommodate four individuals with a sleeping arrangement of one King size bed, and one Queen size bed. Pets are NOT ALLOWED due to allergies and consideration for future guest.

Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is at 11am.

***Please take all your personal belongs with you at the end of your stay. There will be a $25 charge plus shipping expense for returned items. Items will only be held for 4 days before they are discarded.***

Interested in fun things to do, you will be:
2 minutes from Whirlin Water Adventures Waterpark.
5 minutes from Summerville fun.
10 minutes from Tanger Shopping outlets and Airport.
15 minutes from the Historical Downtown, Aquarium, Beaches and much more.

Perfect for 2 couples or a small family! Very clean and Marcus was very responsive. We were in Charleston the first time and the location was great. 20 min to just about anywhere and plenty of local shopping and restaurants nearby .If we come back we would stay here again!

Great location in quiet neighborhood. 20 min from downtown with easy access to the highway and lots of restaurant options nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and house was clean and as described. Loved the big comfy couch with enough seating for everyone. Would stay again if in the area.

Check-in was a breeze, and this nice, clean residential space is situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and slept well in very comfortable beds. Our itinerary took us to various points of interest in the area and it was a great central location for that!

I have stayed in some nice vrbos, but I think this one was one of the best. Communication with the owner is great. His response to everything was extremely quick. The accommodations was nicely furnished and it was especially good having a TV in each bedroom. Kitchen was fully loaded glasses and everything needed for preparation of a good meal, just make sure you bring your condiments. Great location, it was central to shopping, restaurants, highway, etc. I would definitely like to stay there again if ever in area.

We Keep Coming Back!

I believe this is our 3rd stay over the last 6 years. We appreciate the open lines of communication with Marcus, cleanliness of the property, and convenience to all things Charleston (shops, dining, beaches). It’s a very comfortable home plus the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We were happy to invite another family member to join us for this last trip and they also were very please with the accommodations. Marcus has done a really great job maintaining the property considering we have been coming since 2019. Perfect place for a family of 4. We can’t wait to come back.

Nice property

The location was great and there were plenty of options for dining and entertainment and about a 20-25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. The unit was as described and everything in the unit was in good working order.

We had a good stay, but better communication could have made it excellent

The property was nice and seemed in good order when we arrived. We found out the first morning that there was no toaster, and Marcus said the previous tenants had broken it, and that in respect for our privacy waited until the following day to deliver the new toaster instead of going inside the home when we were not there which we agreed with. But then the shower head in the master bath broke when we turned it on one morning and although we left several messages for Marcus he never answered back to us, so the remaining stay we all had to use just the one shower in the guest room. We also could not figure out how to use the dishwasher or the coffee maker and there were no instructions. But since Marcus did not answer the previous messages we never had the chance to ask about these. Overall enjoyed the stay, but communications with the property manager could have been better.

Favorite peaceful place

The host is very professional easy to communicate with and location is very clean. Very close to everything convenient to stores and restaurants. The college is around the corner and easy to get to. My family enjoys staying here and it’s peaceful.

Family Stay for Dance Competition

Perfect stay close to Charleston

This is a beautiful place to stay close to Charleston. The home was clean and comfortable. The rooms are all nice sized. The host was very prompt in responding to messages. I highly recommend and would stay here in a heartbeat when in the area again.

Great location

This townhouse was in a great location. Close to the interstate, shopping, and food locations. Not far from Downtown Charleston. It was 2 minutes (or less) from Charleston Southern University. We were visiting family who live close by. Very pleasant stay.

At last minute, my family and I needed a quick place to stay for an unexpected funeral in the area. This townhouse was an excellent stay. It was restful, quiet neighborhood, and the check in / check out process was exceptional. I would definitely rent here again!

Great location!

We visited family in the area but also wanted to see the sights. The location is within a short drive of the Charleston market/battery, Summerville, Cypress gardens, Angel Oak and several beaches. The townhome itself is convenient with keyless entry, parking at the door, and was very clean. The host provided good quality paper products and plenty of dishes and cookware along with bath products which we didnt use but were a nice touch. We would book again for a return trip to the area.
