Welcome to your charming coastal condo by the Gulf! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere with plenty of comfort and style.

Interior: The coastal cottage décor creates a warm and inviting ambiance, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bedroom nook, though without a privacy door, is a snug, comfortable space featuring a queen-size bed adorned with coastal cottage décor. It’s the perfect spot for restful nights and waking up to the beauty of the Gulf.

The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space for guests.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts crisp, white cabinets and modern amenities, making it a pleasure to prepare meals. You have the choice of bar seating or a dining table, both with views of the Gulf. Enjoy your meals in a relaxed setting, surrounded by the natural beauty of the coastline.

Step out onto your balcony and be captivated by the gorgeous Gulf views. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, this is the perfect spot to soak in the beauty of the coastal landscape.

This cozy, coastal retreat is a fantastic choice for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. Come and experience the tranquility and charm of this Gulf-front gem.

Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The lady in the office was very nice and helpful. She let us get our parking pass early to use the beach access. The parking pass was a little expensive after already paying the high price for the room. 50 to park for 2 nights is ridiculous plus you should let people know they have to pay this 50 fee before they book the room. The bathrooms outside were convenient so we could change before our room was ready. That was a plus. The beach shower to wash off has very little pressure. You are better off to use the hose on the walk way. The view from the balcony was great but if you stand up you can see your neighbor sitting on their balcony. We did not like that. The room was nice just the beds were not comfortable and the bedroom really needs a curtain to cover the light from the hall. The main room could use some curtains that are not so see-through. It was like sleeping in the daytime. Also there is some mold issues in the room. The maintenance man came in after we moved in to remove the mold from the vent with some chemicals. Overall our stay for 2 nights were okay. If we had been staying longer I think we would not have been to satisfied.

Great location for beach access

We were in town for the Sand in my boots music festival, and this was the perfect location to get back and forth but also have beach access. A very short walk to stores and restaurants, also the gates of the music festival. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper etc with you or make that your first stop after settling in as they only supply a single roll. Enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

bad place

The place was an absolute disaster No mirror in the bathroom for a week. toilet seat was broken. Electric outlets did not work.

Arrival problems

We checked in at three the ice maker tray was solid I’ve and water was running down back of fridge to floor. Reported to check in clerk. She put in repair order. We left to get groceries back at 4 and repair man was there said mirror in bathroom had crashed to floor shattering it. He had swept it up but hadn’t move the glass he had to go get a valve for fridge. Came back at 4;30 cleaned up glass mist of it and started working on fridge. Meantime our refrigerator freezer food was sitting out. He finished at 7:30. We were unable to put things away or make dinner until 8 (after driving 9 hours we were to tired to go out next morning I swept the bathroom and found big pieces of glass. Did not have a bathroom mirror for rest of stay plus four hours our food was not refrigerated and we could not use condo kitchen or bathroom area. I sent a text to Brett Robinson with no reply. Feel we should be compensated for the inconveniences. Thank you will wait to hear from you within 14 days and if no reply we will change the rating of our stay and advise others of the inconvenience they may experience

Nice

The property was clean and well kept and had a great view of the beach. I could have done without the creep guy next door who played taps every day and was always peering into my unit when he was on the balcony but that's not the property managements fault.

July 2021 beach trip

Overall, my children and I enjoyed our time at the beach. I was a little disappointed in this unit though. It was listed as being able to sleep four. When we arrived to the unit, we discovered that the pull out couch was more or less unusable. Once we finally got it to pull out, the “bed” was warped and the “head” end of the mattress tilted backwards towards the underneath of the couch. Also, we we not provided any linens for the mattress on the pull out couch. My son had to end up sleeping on it as a regular couch. The unit was in a great location, but could def. use some updating/upgrades.

This was the perfect family vacation spot!

I have a husband and 2 boys, and we slept comfortably in our condo, right on the beach! We could go on the balcony and watch the older boy in the pool while our youngest napped, and we would go to the beach together at night to catch crabs! The beach was clean, the room was clean and well air conditioned. The staff here is wonderful and full of information! We were within walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this location for the best family vacation experience.

Excellent location, needs updating

This unit is perfectly place in Gulf shores. Direct beach access, and friendly staff. The nice lady that checked me in helped me connect my new laptop to the wireless internet in my room. It is so convenient to the hot spots on the beach with plenty of parking. My only issue is the unit is in desperate need of updating. I think it was stated that the mattress is fairly new, but it is so hard that I had trouble sleeping the first night, and ended up sleeping on the sofa the next night. The sofa and other furnishings seem to be from the 90's, very worn. The sofa is faded and has many holes in the upholstery. Don't get me wrong, the place was clean and functional, with a furnished kitchen. I will rent from this management company again.
