Compass Point 404 Remodeled 1 bedroom Pet Friendly

Compass Point 404 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on 4th floor directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from living room and primary bedroom which has a King bed. There is one full bath with custom tiled shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Sleeps 4. This property is pet friendly: No aggressive breed dogs | 40 lb maximum weight limit. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee is required on all pet friendly reservations. Sleeps 4.

Compass Point is a 9 story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit.

STAY AND PLAY
This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

It had a wonderful view, from all windows, of the Little Lagoon. Magnificent sun sets, nice pools and access to walking trails. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo was nicely done and very comfortable.

Under Construction

The property is under major construction and the indoor pool was not functioning at all. Other then that you can't beat the view from the balcony. You see the whole lagoon side, the fishing pier, and you can see the gulf from there as well. Air conditioning works fantastic and the whole condo was very clean and spacious. Fyi, the bed is extremely comfortable too so be ready for a good nights rest after you Gulf Shores adventures. I will definitely be staying here in the future and can't wait to see what the exterior property looks like when its not under heavy construction.

Relaxing

Wonderful, relaxing location! The view was awesome with a nice breeze coming off the lagoon. The deck does hold lots of water when it rains. Had to sweep it off frequently for safety. The condo unit was not as clean as advertised. Baseboards were very dirty and so were the doors to the pantry. I would have appreciated a heads up on the limited supplies provided. We had to purchase more toilet paper immediately as we had less than a roll. Limited trash bags as well. Loved the pool area. It was well cared for and clean. Would recommend the Compass Point to others.
