Welcome to your cozy downtown retreat in the heart of historic St. John’s. Built in 1890, this charming main-floor apartment blends heritage character with warm, small-town charm. Whether you're here for work, a romantic weekend, or exploring the colorful streets of St. John's, this is your idyllic historic-urban stay.

This is the main floor of a traditional two-apartment townhouse. Upon entry, you’ll walk into a small shared porch area with two private doors — your unit is on the left, secured with an electronic lock for your privacy. Inside, the space is thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind:

✔️ A functional kitchen with everything you need for light cooking
✔️A clean, updated bathroom
✔️A restful bedroom featuring a double bed with fresh linens and soft lighting

- Smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment. This includes cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis. However, feel free to step outside and smoke on the deck/patio. Smoking inside the property will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtray.
- Pets are not allowed. Bringing an unauthorized pet will result in an additional charge of 500$ and immediate eviction from the property.
- In accordance with city guidelines, quiet hours are from 11 PM - 7 AM.
- Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted on the property.
- Please treat all amenities and facilities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately.
- No additional guests are permitted without prior approval. Please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate guests.
-Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Do not share access codes or keys with anyone not registered.
- Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
- Please do not wear shoes inside of the property.
- The host and/or owner are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to property or guests that may occur during your stay.
- The guest making the reservation accepts full responsibility for the safety, actions, and liability for their party.
- No third-party bookings unless a "designated trip planner"
