Welcome to our home!

It is a custom two-bedroom, two bathroom condominium with loads of extras, such as Granite countertops, upgraded appliances, custom tile floors, brushed nickel fixtures, custom walk-in tile showers, open vanities, custom closets, full mirror walls in the dining room and living area and large flat-screen televisions in every room including the master bath.

My wife and I designed the condo and made it the way we like to vacation. We would like your stay to be the most comfortable you have ever had.

Our unit boasts a fabulous view of the beach through a wall-to-wall sliding glass door, on the 1st floor that is elevated approximately 18 ft. Upon entering the unit you will notice the comfort and feel of a true vacation stay, the kitchen has all new cabinets and appliances with dark wood and a recessed ceiling fan. The dining room displays a seating for six with high back leather chairs, an elegant black glass top table with a matching server. Lounge in the living room and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV or just listen to your favorite music on the home theater system. The Master Bedroom is truly different than any other in the building. It is exquisitely furnished showcasing a King bed with a high back leather headboard nightstands a large dresser and a custom built in closet, no living out of suitcases here, just unpack and relax. The modern colors flow into the master bath with matching wall paper a large walk in tile shower, open dresser style vanity and a 20 inch built in cable TV. The second Queen bedroom flows with the rest of the home with a unique design and fixtures, also a custom closet and new flat screen TV. Just across the hall is the second bath with another walk-in tile shower, open vanity, and wall paper. Please take notice of all the fine details and custom work, such as the espresso wood furniture, tile floors, crown trim molding, large baseboards, and accents throughout the home.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
