Shores of Panama 2025 is a 1 bedroom + bunk area, 2 bath condo located on the 20th floor of the Shores of Panama, in Panama City Beach. This condo has a sunset view of the Gulf of America, Mexico, the ocean, or whatever you want to call it; note the locals just call it the Gulf.
Back in the condo you'll find plenty of seating for everyone in your group. There is a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Take a break here and plan your day, or relax and laugh at the memories created at the end of the day. We have included HDTV via DirecTV in the event you become tired at the beach.
The dining area has bar seating for 3 as well as a table with seating for 4. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal with our local fresh ingredients, we recommend the seafood.
Just passed the kitchen you'll find the laundry closet with a large washer/dryer for your convenience.
Next is the bunk bedroom which has a twin/twin bunk bed with private bathroom featuring a stand up shower.
The master bedroom has a plush king size bed with closet and dresser. If you need to unwind, there is a TV for your enjoyment at the end of a long day on the beach. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
This unit does have a reserved parking space located on the 10th floor of the garage. You may only bring 1 vehicle for this unit. Additional vehicles will have to use the city pay per day parking lot nearby.
Shores of Panama is in the heart of Panama City Beach with a Wal-Mart across the street and great shopping at Pier Park just a few miles away. There are several restaurants in the area, including Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Nashville Chicken, The Wharf (seafood buffet), and Juan Taco.

In your unit, we have provided start-up toiletries, trash bags, and paper towels, along with one dishwasher detergent pod. If you feel you will need more than the products we provide, a nationwide retailer is right across the street.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Vacations Perfected is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. Vacations Perfected is legally required to obtain the names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed. Vacations Perfected takes this ordinance seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Vacations Perfected could include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence over policies of 3rd party sites such as Airbnb and VRBO. If you aren't comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the city, we suggest booking elsewhere.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for everyone again.
