Enjoy a nice cup of java on your private balcony/porch and witness a dazzling sunrise as it emerges from the grasp of the mighty Atlantic Ocean! Or if you prefer, the sites & sounds of the ocean can also be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen or dining area. Should you chose to cook in, your kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your own seaside fare right down to the blender for your fresh strawberry daiquiris. Dine at the breakfast bar, the dining room table or while reclining on your deck.

You can relax at the beach or at the swimming pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and a vast expanse of multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved walkways lead to a cream-colored sandy beach and aquamarine ocean. And after a day of surf and sun, allow you to wash away the soft, fine sand in the outdoor showers.

In the evening, after being mesmerized by the glimmering trail of moonlight off the restless ocean, after counting millions of "extra" stars while strolling along our miles of beaches, you can lie back in bed and allow the rhythmic purr of the ocean to lull you to sleep.

Location:

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

The Surf Condo swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change).

Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles.
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.

Off-Season Monthly Rental
This oceanfront property will consider a monthly off-season rental such as 1, 3 or even 6 months. Please check with our office to inquire about pricing.

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our website for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your rental. Please note that this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
