We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was as advertised and had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We enjoyed our coffee each morning from the wrap around deck as we watched the deer in the forest around. The mountain view was spectacular. Franklin did not disappoint for Labor Day. Great band-Mission Accomplished-and fireworks. There are several nice restaurants downtown and a nice brewery.

An amazing spot! The host was over the topkind and helpful. The property has all the extras you would hope for in a VRBO. And the view! We will be back!

Rockstar Hoast. Went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. Place is crazy close to amenities but the view keeps it as if you were hours away. Would stay again. Hidden gem.

Our stay at Above the Clouds was Fantastic! The home was perfect for 3 adults traveling together with their pets. Spacious, modern and very well equipped! There was everything (and more) that you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location was good. Close enough to town for ease of getting there and also well situated for all the outdoor activities. I highly recommend!

Very nice cabin. Great job on the renovation at some point. Many rooms looked brand new. Nice amenities. Strong plug in smell on arrival, aired out house for a few hours and put all plugs outside then it was ok. Would stay again.

The view was fantastic, and better than what the photos show. The drive up to the house was paved, and our front wheel drive Honda Pilot made it without any issues.

Thank you Mike for this great review. I really appreciate you mentioning how easy it is to drive up to the cabin. People love Mountain views, but many times those views comes with a steep, uneasy drive. We take a lot of pride in how well our roads are cared for and how easy it is to drive up the gravel driveway.

This is our second stay at this cabin. Everything is amazing! Clean , well stocked kitchen and amazing view. Being from Florida we enjoyed the fireplace and so did our Pup Buster. So nice to be able to bring our dog with us and stay in such a beautiful cabin. Host is great too. Great communicator and responds quickly to questions.

Quite possibly the best stocked and quality kitchen of any vacation rental I have stayed in and the cabin had about everything you could think of as well and was super clean. The view from the porch is outstanding and very peaceful. I had one question during my stay and Daniel was quick to respond and checked in on us again during our stay. Drive to cabin is no problem as well. Definitely a place I would stay at again.

Definitely ABOVE a premier hostess. Everything from start to finish was Amazing! My two BFFs and I enjoyed your home. Definitely top notch! Clean and had everything we needed and some!! And all the extras made it special! Never had a host leave Thank you note, milk and cookies! What a nice extra!! You guys definitely go ABOVE and beyond for your guest!! Thank you!! This place is just as described! Very peaceful and has a beautiful mountain view. Daniel is a great host! We loved hanging out on the balcony. Being from the Midwest, we enjoyed watching a storm roll in over the mountains. It was a neat experience! The little details Daniel incorporated in his cabin were very thoughtful and made the cabin feel extra cozy. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the Franklin area. Thanks for the waterfall/hiking recommendations also. They were beautiful!

Daniel the Host, was the best . He responded quickly from day one, he had some great recommendations, he was great to offer help if we needed it or if we had questions. He was wonderful about our us bringing our fur babies. They had left treats for them and had dog bowls for them if we would have forgot ours. They also left a lovely welcoming snack for us. I can’t say enough about Daniel. It was like we already knew as a friend or something he was that great. The cabin was beautiful and so cozy. Everything about it was just great. It was like a home away from home . It had all the amenities they had thought of everything from the phone chargers to the shower steamers. All the utilities and appliances were up to date very nice ones too. Comfortable furniture and even lovely throws on the couch and beds. We didn’t want to leave it was so nice. Loved all the different flavors off coffee creamers & tea was a plus too. Daniel is so informative about the area. There are some great places to eat and shop. We loved Graff’s and Anny’s homemade ice cream. We also went to Highlands it was close to go see.We had a wonderful trip. Definitely coming back.

My husband and I really enjoyed this very comfortable and well decorated cabin. It was very clean and offered so many amenities - I especially liked the phone charging docks throughout the home. It had everything we needed. We spent quite a few hours sitting out on the deck relaxing and enjoying the view. So peaceful! I work remotely and was shocked that I could work on the deck during a July afternoon for several hours without going inside because of the heat. The breeze was so enjoyable! Loved everything about this cabin and the communication with the host. We never needed anything but Daniel would check on us to let us know he was easily accessible by text or phone. Overall wonderful experience!

Communication from the host was perfect. The property was very clean and well equipped. You really don’t need to bring anything. Host added some very nice touches you won’t get in a hotel (like a flashlight in each bedroom nightstand). Incredible view!

This was a 5 star experience all the way around. ***** The home was immaculate with thoughtful upgrades throughout (as examples: coffee pods, chargers, all switches labeled, a detailed home guide, etc.) This property is tastefully decorated and offered comfortable living and sleeping spaces. The host provided excellent communication throughout the process and made himself available by text/phone for any needs although we had none. We enjoyed the town of Franklin more than we expected -- we had some terrific meals and the folks were friendly everywhere we went. I recommend without reservation and would be delighted to return.
