The home comfortably sleeps 8, has 3 bedrooms, an upper loft with two pullouts, 2 full baths and every amenity you could hope for!! An open concept layout, full service kitchen, gas fireplace, plenty of outdoor space, lots of entertainment & a hot tub!

This home features 3 full main floor bedrooms all with Queen sized beds, deluxe mattresses and luxury linens. There is an additional second floor loft that we have named the "Kids Cave" that features two pull out couches and equipped with all the supplies you would love to come home to after a fun day out in the sun, shopping or exploring the wine region!

Guests have access to the entire property. It is a large home with a great outdoor space and private parking. You are 200 meters to the brand new Crystal Beach Entrance and seconds to restaurants and shops!! We hope you enjoy our little beach town as much as we do!!

We are 200 meters to the new beach entrance and seconds away to shops and restaurants. It’s a beautiful property inside and out, definitely not your standard beach house!!

We have plenty of parking on site. When you want to explore the small town it’s an easy walk (200 meters to the beach, seconds to shops and restaurants) but if you want to get out for some additional shopping you’re 5 minutes away to quaint downtown Ridgeway!! Wine tours or some of the regions finest cuisine, you’re 30 minutes away. 15 minutes to the Peace Bridge into Buffalo for sporting and theatre events.

You bring your bathing suit and we supply the rest. We have a full kitchen, BBQ, hot tub and tons of games to keep you entertained! We also have everything you might need to hit the beach: coolers, wagons, towels, chairs, umbrellas... if we haven’t thought of it just let us know!!

Just one note…. If you wish to use the hot tub please message us, that way we can ensure it’s ready for your arrival!
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the house.

Absolutely no parties.

Quiet time from 10 PM to 9 am.

We have neighbors, please respect their enjoyment of their properties.
