The absolute loveliest cottage by the bay and Carol and Steven are superb hosts. This place has it all: gorgeous views, a warm welcome, clean and comfy rooms, wildlife, a beach to comb, and MORE! I will definitely be back!

I can say now that our second stay was as magical as our first in 2022. The hosts are most gracious, the property is adorable and comfortable, and the views are magical. The pictures they show are completely accurate. A memorable place to vacation!We visited many cute coastal towns and had a delightful visit to Acadia.

What a view. Our favorite part is the sun room on the front of the house. The sunrises are beautiful and we saw so many stars in the dark sky. Would definitely stay again.

This is our 4th year in a row that we have stayed at 19 on the Bay. Carol and Steve are great hosts that go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful visit. 19 on the Bay is a very cozy cottage that is well equipped and affords unbevable views of Penobscot Bay. The cottage is in a great location to all of the mid coast attractions.

Everything about this stay was terrific. Beautiful setting. House was well furnished and very comfortable. Friendly, helpful hosts. It’s convenient to Bangor, Bar Harbor, Deer Isle and Augusta. We would highly recommend it. Great, relaxing week!

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views of the bay were beautiful, and the location was peaceful and relaxing. Everything we needed was provided, and the host made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We would happily stay again!

Very clean beautiful cottage….the Bay view is incredible! Cottage has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The house has a nice and convenient proximity to several scenic areas..,Bar Harbor, Belfast, Acadia National Park and Ellsworth. If you are looking for a relaxing scenic vacation with lots of lobster shacks..,this is an incredible place!

This is by far one of my Favorite rentals we have ever been in. It’s absolutely beautiful right on the water. Steve and Carol were fantastic host. They welcomed us when we arrived and gave us a tour of all of the amenities. House was perfect and just as described in the listing. I would stay here again. Clean and so many extra little details that has went into the home. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Walking the bay. So peaceful and just what we were looking for. It was a great place to call home for 4 nights/5 days. Right in the heart of Maine. We visited so many great restaurants, hiking trails, Bar Harbor, Baxter state park and some shopping. Highly recommend this place.

19 on the Bay could not have been better! Carol and Steve were wonderful hosts and their place on the water is superb. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we might have needed. They even supplied fireword and supplies for s'mores by the campfire. We loved sitting outside in the mornings and evenings to watch the seabirds. Our daily kayaking trips on the bay (4 kayaks are available) was so peaceful and we loved spotting a bald eagle, an opsrey with her chicks, and several seals. A whale was spotted in the bay (to which our hosted kindly alerted us) but unfortunately we didn't see it. The location is perfect with only an hour drive to Acadia Nat'l Park, minutes to the Penobscot Narrows Observation Tower (wonderful views) and 25 mins to great restaurants in Belfast. We definately will try to come back to this delightful house on the bay.

Absolutely the best

The cottage is exceptional as are the owners. Very clean well stocked and very comfortable beds , the view is astonishing and close to so many attractions and restaurants. Definitely worth the trip

The cottage overlooks Penobscot Bay with water views from the living room and dining room, and there is comfortable outdoor seating. The setting is quiet and serene. The cottage is well stocked with what one needs for a comfortable stay.

Such a special cottage!We truly enjoyed our stay, filled with peaceful and relaxing moments. The cottage is cozy, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed. Very clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything is there that you would need for a stay.

Avery nice stay and close to alot of sights. Nice waking up to the ocean in your back yard. The owners Steve and Carol went out of their way to make sure you had everything that you needed.
