PARKING: Designated private driveway parking for guest use only. Can easily accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Any additional parking needed, would have to be street parking which is located directly in front of the home.

The entire home/driveway is for guest use only, to include the outdoor deck/patio area.

Please also note the property does require stairs within the home to access different levels of the home.

Smoke-Free Home: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, vaping, and incense) is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas, away from the house.

Accidents Happen: If something breaks during your stay, please let us know right away through Airbnb messenger. We’ll take care of it to maintain the quality of the home for future guests.
