****Things to Note****
-To enter the community you do have to cross a swing bridge. There will be slight delays to cross when boats are passing since the bridge will need to open. During peak summer seasons the delays can be longer.

- A mandatory $110 guest fee that is paid through the Welcome Center. This will provide you your own vehicle pass, gate code to enter the property, and wristbands for amenities. The Welcome Center Hours are open Mon-Sat 8am-5pm and Sun 8am-4pm. If you arrive after hours the Security Guard at the gate will have your information to let you in but you will still need to go to the Welcome Center the following day to register.

-Stays longer than 60 days may require a rental lease agreement

-Please pardon the construction going on in the subdivision right now. They are redoing the streets currently.
