Step into a bright, open-concept living area, where stylish decor and natural light create a welcoming atmosphere for your group to gather. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relax in the comfortable living room. Step out onto your private balcony to unwind with a morning coffee, or head up to the rooftop seating area to enjoy stunning city views.
Each of the four bedrooms is a private retreat, complete with its own smart TV for streaming your favorite shows after a day of exploring.

- Bedroom 1: King Bed & Smart TV
- Bedroom 2: King Bed & Smart TV
- Bedroom 3: King Bed & Smart TV
- Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds & Smart TV
- A queen air mattress with additional bedding is also available upon request.

- Three full bathrooms stocked with a starter supply of bath products.
- High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace.

Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!
