The Space:
The condo is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It features a comfortable queen-size bed and a sofa bed, providing a private and pleasant space to relax after a busy day.
You can also enjoy free access to our fitness room to stay in shape during your stay. Feel like relaxing outdoors? Head to our rooftop terrace, where you'll find dining and relaxation areas, and a gas fireplace for cozy and friendly moments. The apartment is as advertised - well stocked kitchen (for a rental), working washer/dryer, bathroom well stocked with wash clothes, good towels, hair dryer, etc. TV worked well, enough blankets, HVAC worked well, parking was secure and easily accessible (exceptionally tight and narrow, but typical of city parking). Really a great, secure and clean spot!

We had a nice experience overall! The kitchen was well-equipped, spacious closets and drawers for belongings, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, extra blankets and pillows, decent location, no noise from the hallway or from other guests, and the small heated rooftop pool & patio with a great skyline view were all a big hit. Things that were a little tricky on arrival were the compact underground parking space (very tight corners getting in and out), and needing to find/fold our own linens (for the sofa bed) and towels all in the dryer. The AC/heat pump effectively cooled the whole apartment, but only with the bedroom door open a few inches—otherwise it would get stuffy in the bedroom. Another thing that could make the unit more comfortable is more lighting options—the only lighting in the bedroom was one small bedside light, and no kitchen table lamp, which was odd. One unfortunate part of our trip was some very loud nighttime road resurfacing right out our windows during our first two nights, though of course this was no fault of the host. The neighborhood was safe, with some nice restaurants and cafes close-by, as well as a great grocery store, and not a long walk to the old quarter. However, we should note that there is a large population of unhoused people in this neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay overall!

Never received check-in directions - had to contact host numerous times - was stuck in parking garage for 1/2 hour waiting for access to elevator.No light bulb in the living room lamp.Parking garage was a nightmare, We knew the space would be small but ventilation units that were mounted on the wall about 3' high from the basement floor had small (just about invisible) metal brackets that stuck out about 1.5" from the bottom of the units. They were not visible (or marked) so vehicle would not be scratched. Needless to say, we incurred damage to our vehicle - over 1,000 to repair - host would do nothing. Please note: this is a dedicated space for the unit - owners should have these brackets marked! Am going to contest charges with our credit card company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!
