The Space:

Soft winter light settles across the living area, offering a quiet moment to take in glimpses of the Nashville skyline before heading out to explore nearby neighborhoods. Evenings feel unhurried here, whether you're savoring a warm drink indoors or letting the energy of Broadway, The Gulch, and Music Row inspire the next outing. The apartment serves as a calm home base, giving you space to unwind while keeping the city's highlights close at hand.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, a queen bed, and a sofa sleeper. Each bedroom provides a peaceful space to recharge, and two bathrooms offer convenience for groups. With bathroom essentials provided, getting ready for a show or settling in after a full day out feels easy and comfortable.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare meals at your own pace. Whether you're putting together a simple breakfast before venturing into the city or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home, the space supports an unhurried rhythm. A coffee maker is available so you can ease into each morning with a fresh brew.



Living & entertainment

Skyline views set the tone in the living area, where you can settle into a quiet moment, catch up on reading, or enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Smart TVs in every room provide options for downtime, and a pool table in the apartment adds another way to spend time indoors during the winter season.



Building amenities

Shared building spaces offer additional comfort throughout your stay. You can make use of the outdoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, co-working areas, social lounges, and elevator access throughout the building. Paid parking is available in the garage for $25 per night. WiFi and air conditioning are provided, and the in-unit washer with a free dryer adds everyday convenience.



Safety & essentials

Smoke alarms, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras located in common areas such as the lobby, lounge, pool, gym, and elevators contribute to a sense of ease during your stay.

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.



1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.

3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.

5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
