Convenient to Michelin, BMW & 5 hospitals. Easy drive to several State parks and the mountains. The apartment is attached to a private house where 2 quiet adults live. It is completely closed off from main house. No smoking or heavy scents are used or can be used by tenant due to allergies. You can see a dirt drive to the back of the property, but the drive from the house to the street paved. There's a bistro set on the deck, charcoal grill and seating on patio. There are 2 TVs with high speed internet Prime, Hulu,Paramount plus, Netflix & more. Lots of utensils, dishes, microwave, double hotplate, toaster oven/air fryer, electric skillet, pressure cooker, coffee maker, pots and pans, kitchen towels, and cleaning supplies Housekeeping and wash and fold laundry services available as an extra.
