Guests will have full and private access to the entire property, including all four bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy exclusive use of the hot tub, patio, BBQ grill, firepit, and stargazing areas. Free parking is available on-site. Self check-in is easy and convenient with a smart lock system—no need to meet anyone in person. The home is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM

Self check-in via smart lock. Code will be sent to you on the day of arrival.

Please park in the designated area on the property.

House Rules:

No parties or events allowed

No smoking inside the house

Only registered guests are allowed on the property

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Pets allowed only with prior approval and pet fee

Hot Tub:

Please rinse off before entering

No glass in or around the hot tub

Always cover the hot tub when not in use

Safety & Security:

Fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are under the kitchen sink

Please do not tamper with the security cameras outside the property

Other Notes:

The desert gets cold at night—bring a jacket if stargazing

Be mindful of wildlife in the area

Special Promotion Notice
We are currently offering a promotional rate based on double occupancy (2 guests). The base price includes the use of one bedroom. For every additional two guests, one more bedroom will be opened for use:

1–2 guests = 1 bedroom

3–4 guests = 2 bedrooms

5–6 guests = 3 bedrooms

7–8 guests = 4 bedrooms

If extra rooms are used beyond this structure without prior notice, an additional cleaning and usage fee will apply.

Please let us know in advance how many rooms you plan to use so we can prepare the space accordingly and avoid any surprise charges. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

No unregistered visitors allowed

No smoking anywhere on the property

No loud music, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)

Do not rearrange any furniture

No confetti or glitter inside or outside the home

No glass in or around the Jacuzzi

No open flames or fires anywhere on the property except in the designated fire pit
