This 11th floor upscale Gulf Shores condo is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. It includes 2 full size bedrooms and a private bunk room with twin bunk beds. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the family area. 6-8 guests can sleep comfortably.
This luxurious condominium has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, Step off the elevator and you are steps away from the sugar white sand.
The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is very well equipped. A beautiful ocean view is available from the kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and family room. The condo has a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and is large enough to have room for storage.


The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with private bath and roomy walk-in closet. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from this room along with a sliding door to the balcony. The main guest room has a comfortable queen bed with private entrance to a roomy bathroom. The bunk room contains twin bunk beds and is perfect for kids or smaller adults. Flat screen TV's are provided in the family area and bedrooms.

This spacious condo includes 9ft ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops in both bathrooms and the kitchen.

The fantastic ocean front balcony measures 145 square feet and is roomy enough for all guests to enjoy time listening to the waves and searching for dolphins.

Seawind amenities include private covered parking, 2 communal pools for guests, both overlooking the beautiful beach. The first is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated in cooler weather. A roomy hot tub is adjacent to the outdoor pool. The second pool is a wonderful zero entry kiddie pool complete with fountains and sprayers.
A huge exercise facility overlooks the gulf with a wide variety of exercise equipment, a sauna, and a restroom with shower. The exercise facility also includes a media area with a huge comfortable sofa and flat screen TV.

This beautiful property is within easy walking distance to the Hangout, to be exact it is 8 minutes walking on the beach at a Southerner's pace. The pier is an easy 15 minute walk down the beach. Walk to Sea and Suds in seconds and several other restaurants are a leisurely stroll away.
