We are in a community that has 3 pools. 1 with a splash house for kids. 1 for families. 1 for babies

Inspired by a longing to connect deeper with loved ones, this home wraps you in nature’s warmth. Five beautifully crafted bedrooms, three elegant bathrooms, and cozy spaces invite rest and togetherness. Built over 2 years by Vincente’s grandkids to bring her care and love to you.

DESCEND INTO A MAGICAL HOT SPRING OASIS
Wander down the deck path and slip into a private garden sanctuary where a 7-seater hot tub bubbles beneath a modern farmhouse pergola wrapped in lush greenery and fairy lights while you stretch out barefoot on straw mats, cue the bass on outdoor speakers, and soak in warmth under the stars. Slide over to the crackling gas fire pit or sink into the 16-seater conversation pit to talk late into the night as the garden hums like your own hidden hot spring retreat in the Poconos.

WANDER INTO YOUR OUTDOOR ESCAPE
Step onto soft lawns and stone playfields where you can rally for badminton, battle in pickleball, toss cornhole bags, and play many more outdoor games. Then gather as dusk settles in around the wood fire pit to toast s’mores, swap stories, and laugh under a canopy of trees as flames flicker late into the night.

Find the hidden doorway and slip into your own NYC-inspired hideaway where exposed brick and black ceilings set the vibe for arcade battles and big-screen movie nights. Gather, cook, and eat in an oversized kitchen built for everyone to make belly-full memories together. Create special meals in a fully stocked kitchen with premium cookware and dinnerware. Wake up energized with our complimentary drink station with tea, espresso, coffee, and hot chocolate. Then eat breakfast with our complimentary Belgian waffle maker, pancake mix, and — on select bookings — eggs, juice, and fruit so you can bring in the day deliciously and together.

A SMART HOME THAT MATCHES YOUR VIBE
This home is a smart home with lights on dimmers and voice-activated scenes. Ambient lighting, show lights, and subtle nightlights come on at the right time to match your mood. Then turn the fireplace on with your voice using Google Home but say “Ok Google, Make it Cozy” to see the lights dim, music play in the background, and watch the house transform into a vibe!

RECHARGE IN YOUR PRIVATE WELLNESS RETREAT
Unwind in your in-suite spa where you can soak in a warm indoor tub with aromatherapy bubble bath and wrap up in plush robes fresh from the towel warmer. Step next door into your private yoga studio with a full mirror wall where you can roll out a mat to stretch or hop on the foldable bike to move your body, clear your mind, and feel your best.

A HOME DESIGNED FOR ALL ABILITIES & AGES
Like you, we have loved ones we want around who sometimes have a hard time getting around. So the first floor of the house is completely ADA compliant. Your loved ones in wheelchairs can move freely and independently with wide doorways, sturdy 1,000 lb portable ADA ramps, and a full ADA bathroom with a shower chair. And the little ones can stay in the fun too — let them hang out in our 3-in-1 play pen, crib, and changing table and kitchen high chair. Take care of them with portable baby gates, baby kitchenware, and a farmhouse sink baby bath. So no matter who’s in your party, this villa was built so they can call it home.

Guest Access:
You have whole house to yourself and access to the community features. You must announce the amount of guests who are sleeping over including any changes and guests who are just visiting for a day. Maximum amount of daytime guests is 21.
Pet(s) are allowed with an additional cleaning fee and/or security deposit. They are allowed on a case by case basis

VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Villa Vincente is located inside a gated community that requires all visitors to have their cars registered for your safety. I will provide and walk you through the registration form and then submit it for you. The form takes around 1 minute to complete. The property driveway can hold maximum of 6 large vehicles or 8 small vehicles
There is no street parking allowed by the community and violations come with a $100 fine.

Community Amenities:
☀ The Villa is located inside a gated community with tons of amenities you can use.
☀ This includes fireworks on holidays, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes & beaches, splash houses, and community pools
☀ The pools and beaches are open Memorial day, and then from mid-June to Mid-September. You will need to buy a 12$ wristband per person to get access to the pools, beaches, free kayak and paddle boat rentals, mini golf, corn hole, and bochi.
☀ They also have clubhouses you can rent for events

☀ Our complimentary breakfast is enough to cover your whole group for one morning. We provide Belgian waffle and pancake mix, syrups, 2 dozen eggs, bag of fruits, and a large variety of coffee, espresso, and teas (for reservations above 3 nights)

☀ Other complimentary food in the house includes Cotton Candy Sugars, Snow Cone Syrups, and Funnel Cake mix. (We don't provide popcorn for food safety reasons. But you can buy kernels and flavorings locally at the Wal-Mart.)

☀ Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils & kitchen appliances including espresso & waffle maker

☀ We provide all towels, comforters, bed linens, towels, and essential toiletries to take care of yourself including feminine hygiene products

HOW TO BOOK
☀ We review each booking request and approve them on a case by case basis. So even after you pay, please be prepared to answer our questionnaire and agree to our house rules

☀ We can offer early check-in and late check-out. There may be an additional charge depending on the time and we can discuss that together.

☀ The only discounts offered are 10% for early-bird (60 days away)

☀ Each booking requires a security deposit (paid on Airbnb) to ensure the house remains in good condition for the next guest

☀ By booking, you agree to use the entire gym (including all exercise equipment), firepits, outdoor hot tub, and the entire spa (including the towel warmer) safely and responsibly and at your own risk.

COMMUNITY AMENITIES:
Our house is located inside of "A Pocono Country Place". A beautiful community that has amenities and community events for you and your loved ones to enjoy. This includes fireworks on holidays, Cafes, clubhouses, tennis & basketball courts, playgrounds, public lakes & beaches, and community pools.
In the summertime, to use these amenities you need to buy a wristband from the HOA and that will allow you to use all amenities just for that day.
-They give access to all Beaches, free kayak and paddleboat rentals, all pools, mini golf, corn hole, and bochi. Everything else is free to use.
-Wristbands are 12$ for the day. They can be purchased by any pool entrance.
*Children 3 and under get free wristbands.

CLUBHOUSE & CAFE
There are 2 clubhouses you can rent to throw events and one also has food. The clubhouse is located next to the pool and beach so you can eat, swim, and relax all-in one place.
The clubhouses can host over 100 people. Please message me for further info if you would like to rent it with your stay
