This is the perfect condo for a couple to relax and enjoy the beach. This beachy condo has a new couch, entertainment centers, kitchen table, bedroom set with a king size cool gel bed. You will have everything you need from beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, kitchen accessories, wine glasses, beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets.

This condo is set right on the beach with amazing views of the sunset over the Halifax River. Enjoy the extra large balcony with a new pub table and chairs or the lounge chair in case you haven't had enough sun down by the pool and beach. There is also beach loungers/chairs along with umbrella's available to rent right on the beach for your convenience.

This condo building has a beautiful pool with plenty of new and comfortable lounge chairs along with several tables and chairs. Perfect access to the beach!

Host was very welcoming and fast with communication. This condo is nicely appointed with new furniture and a very comfortable bed. You will find all you need for cooking in the full kitchen, with every kind of pan and utensil you can think of. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit, which is very convenient. There were plenty of towels and laundry soap options. You will get a beautiful view of the sunset over the parking lot. The deck is huge and there is almost always a beautiful breeze. The AC and water pressure are wonderful. On property there is a beautiful pool and very large pool deck to enjoy. You are able to walk right into the beach. The building is secure with lots of cameras. This is conveniently located and it is in a quiet area. There’s a great nail salon (Blue Star) that is very reasonably priced. They did a great job. Also you’re cross from a great ice cream shop. Lots to do nearby. One thing to note, bring a smaller vehicle. The assigned parking space is a bit tight. The owners were more than accommodating and found me a spot nearby to park. You’ll love this condo!

Awful

Parking spot for unit 5A is a narrow space not suitable for a full size vehicle. Only other option is across the street. The view is terrible unless you enjoy looking at the parking lot or street. Very outdated and I would never stay here again !

The property was cozy, comfortable and clean! Beach access was super convenient and we enjoyed all the conveniences Jill has for the beach at the condo (beach chairs/towels/beach bag etc..) Condo was clean spacious had everything we needed. We enjoyed it very much. It does not have a beach view, but it has a view. Of the inland waterway, but we very much enjoyed staying there.

Great location

This was perfect for my husband and I while taking in the Daytona 500. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach. It is nice and quiet too. Jill was easy to reach and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Amazing place

Very clean and very cute. Had all of the basic accessories. Even coffee for the morning. Love this little place. Perfect location. Amazing access to the beach. Pool is absolutely perfect right by the beach.

Jill is the best!

We came down to Daytona to get together with an old army buddy. We knew Milton was churning in the Gulf of Mexico we decided to come on down anyway. Jill's condo was better than advertised. Once Milton hit the east coast Jill reached out to us to make sure we ok. She had a little flooding in her unit because the unit next to her apparently never upgraded their sliding doors to hurricane doors. Jill was right on top of it getting someone out to clean the water up. Even though none of this was her fault she invited me and my wife out for dinner after the storm passed and then offered to let us stay 2 extra days, which we were so thankful for because they were two beautiful days that we otherwise would have missed out on. Because of Jill our vacation was a huge success. I highly recommend renting from Jill if you are looking for a relaxing time with no worries.

Beautiful

Very close to everything. I just wish we were beachfront since we are from Canada and we don't have that nice opportunity to listen to the waves of the ocean. But overall the condo is awesome and the owner, Jill, is very nice and friendly.

9/10 Just what we needed!

Property was definitely older but unit was very clean, just as pictured & exactly what we needed for the week. Jill was so accommodating & easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend. My sister-in-law & I were there early April for the collegiate NDA Daytona nationals so it wasn't too far of a drive to the convention center. We also wanted a pool & beach so this was perfect. Condo had everything we needed which was nice. The only issue we encountered was the door lock. Took a little getting used to. Overall, great week!

Extremely disappointed

Listing was not accurate to the property. Despite asking directly if the pool was heated, it was not and had not been for a long time. There was no hot tub or BBQ as indicated in the listing. Although you overlook the Halifax river, you also overlook the parking lot and the main beach highway and associated bike and car traffic -extreme noise even into the night. We were not made aware of major renovations that went on during our whole stay and limited our movement through the building, along with the constant noise from the contractors. One last note, if you are a senior or have mobility issues, there are many stairs to access the pool and beach, steep concrete stairs and then two tiers of stairs to then move from pool deck to beach level.

Daytona week stay..

The condo was freshly painted and certainly met our needs. The building had been damaged by a hurricane and work is still being done. But 5A is done as well as the pool area. Good location and nearby restaurants and stores. Jill was easy to communicate with and prompt replies to questions were appreciated.

Early August stay

The room was great but the building needs some upgrades. When we arrived only one elevator was working and it was like that for all 7 days and the day we left still not working. I recommend OTIS elevator service. Another headache was with keys, need to use for re entry and every door. I recommend Lenel Blue Diamond readers. The building is in desperate need of upgrades to make it more pleasant. The room was clean and included pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. It did not have a pasta strainer for pasta but our friends stayed on the same floor with us and were able to use theirs. Not a big deal. Overall we liked our stay and weather was great.
