Beautiful condo & views!!!

Loved this condo on the beach! Located close to everything. There were such Amazing views of both the intracoastal and the beach, the sunsets from the balcony were incredible and one of my favorite parts. The bed was very soft & comfortable with a large memory foam topper. Overall fantastic!

Perfect stay

Really pleased with the process and the property. Even though it's an older building, this unit is tastefully renovated. It has everything you'd expect from a home away from home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. If I had to nitpick, the patio chairs are in a state of disrepair and the blinds are a bit dysfunctional but overall, really pleased with the property.

Beautiful view!

The room was very clean and updated! Had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in while staying in a hotel. Beautiful view from the balcony! The only negatives was that the wifi did not work our entire stay and the cable quality wasn’t great. Overall we were very happy with our stay!! Will be back again

Had a great time!

Wish there was a tiki bar/restaurant on site. Pool/outside area could use some updates like lighting. And the key to access public areas was a pain, was once a very nice building. Room was nice but needed a new mattress and new patio furniture. Good experience but didn't spend much time there.

That would be cool, however all amenities are listed so you know exactly what is available & what to expect before booking. Please keep in mind that we only manage the unit itself and we do not have any authority over the building which includes the pool. My hometown

Nice room great view. Realize pool isn’t heated. I still swam. Everything was great with the exception of our two beach chairs busting first day due to rust but that happens with salt air and saltwater. What’s nice if a beach rentals are always available at Daytona

We’re thrilled you enjoyed this nice unit with great views! That is correct, the pool is not heated which is why it is not listed as a heated pool on Vrbo. Salt water sure is harsh on outdoor furniture on the beach but we agree it is nice that beach rentals are always available in Daytona. Disappointing on several levels

There were several issues but the main ones were no air conditioning vents in the bathroom so it was very hot and the mattress was the worst to sleep on. It was so saggy (the middle was hard) so clearly it was quite used. We did enjoy the location.

Don’t stay there

It was dirty, needed to wah dishes and sheet pan that had grease on it. The floor was dirty, needed to buy batteries for the TV remote. No pool and heard nothing about that there was not one. I will not us VRBO again

The condo was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival so if what you state was true, we are uncertain why you did not follow your check-in procedures which clearly says “Upon arrival, please report any dissatisfaction (ie. maintenance/clean)” and we provide contact information for our maintenance team, yet we never heard from you at all. These are the same procedures you need to enter the unit because they provide your keyless door access code. We absolutely disclose the information regarding the building amenities & have been since late 2022. It is a shame to hear that you did not read the property description before booking because the information regarding the down amenities is located at the very top of our property description on Vrbo. In addition, the captions of the pictures of the pool state to refer to the property description for amenities updates. We hope you understand.

Pool absolutely FRIGID

Everything great with room. Just as advertised. Just like pictures. Clean. No odor. No bugs. Balcony chairs could use new cushions. Lot of mildew. Big complaint was pool not heated. Also, water was turned off several times. Two times without hot water for many hours.

TITLE

The room itself was very nice. But right after check in I went to the beach, and not wanting to damage my phone, left it in the room. Hours later (and sober incidentally), I couldn't remember the convenient to memorize TEN DIGIT door code. My printed reservation copy you say? Safely in the room. The extra copy you say? Safely in the locked car. With the key in the room. There was NO WAY to contact ANYONE about my error. No phone numbers posted anywhere. No office staff on weekends. No way to ask anybody to help. I was not able to sleep in the room because I couldn't get in and couldn't resolve to problem. I eventually got the NORAD Nuclear Missle code correct-the next day. And the room was nice. It might be a good idea to change the code. I will NEVER forget it.

You had to initially enter the unit knowing there was a door code to enter so we're uncertain why that information was left behind but please keep in mind that within your iTrip Tenant's Portal there is a Help Article with a few steps to create a 3-6 digit shorter & more personalized code, we're sorry you missed that. Also please note that a new code is generated for each stay which is why 10 digits is generated so there is no duplication. Your code activates at check-in & deactivates at checkout so it no longer works. 😉 In addition there is an emergency contact number for a lockout within your check-in & checkout procedures. Wonderful

The views were peaceful and made it easy to relax and unwind. Having a full kitchen was a huge plus and made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. It was a wonderful getaway, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our time here.

Le doy 5 estrellas,porque la pasé genial,y todo estuvo tal y como vi en el anuncio,le di tres estrellas a la limpieza porque había polvo,en el closet,arriba de las mesas en general había polvo,dejaron toallas sucias,y algunas empercudidas,pero si todo muy organizado,todo fue tal y como lo planeamos,le hago una observación a los dueños para el futuro,el balcón es un lugar,donde estamos la mayor parte del tiempo disfrutando la vista,y el mar,los muebles del balcón están muy viejos y oxidados,recomiendo cambiarlos,por todo lo demás excelente,se los recomiendo 100%,gracias

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful unit, decorated very nicely. Kitchen was amazing with everything needed. We loved the sectional with pull up ottoman. I picked this place based on the placement of the bed (so you can look at the ocean in bed) and also the full kitchen & comfy furniture. They have done an AMAZING job with the placement of everything. Also the unit was more roomy then I thought it would be. Only 2 complaints, #1 everything was clean with the exception of the bathroom rug, probably an over sight by the maid. #2 bed, it was comfortable but mattress needs replaced, there is a hump all the way down the middle so at night you kind of roll down the mountain on each side. At home we have mattress & pillow protectors, there was none on the pillows or mattress. I have allergy issues so those things would of helped & made the bedding cleaner from dust mites. Over all was a good stay. We saw Dave the owner in the hall he is very nice he wanted to make sure everything was OK in the unit & we could tell that he cared about his place & our stay. When sending a message to the manager (which was not a pressing matter) there was always a response back but took until the next day to get the reply.

We’re happy you liked the beautiful, nicely decorated unit and had everything you needed in the amazing kitchen! We appreciate your compliment and that’s nice to hear you loved the placement of the furniture. Please keep in mind that bed comfort and preference can vary greatly based on the individual and you will see in a recent review another guest stated it was the most comfortable bed she has ever slept in. We have an emergency line for pressing matters when our office is closed and you emailed our bookings department once late at night when our office was closed with a non-pressing matter, however just as you state we always get back to you. Great condo, so-so property

The actual unit was as described. Very clean although a bit smaller than expected. Very poor WiFi signal throughout stay. The condo building itself was disappointing. Very old and poorly lit. Pool was closed for 24 hours due a maintenance issue.

That’s wonderful the condo was great, clean & as described! We wish we had authority over the building which includes the WiFi & pool that are both building amenities, however we only manage the unit itself. We hope you understand & we thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
