Observe passing Orcas and Humpback whales, Bald eagles, Turkey vultures, and swallows in their natural habitat. Encounter local deer grazing nearby. Engage in hiking and cycling activities, followed by relaxation in your private hot tub while admiring the beautiful scenery in complete tranquillity.

We do not allow PARTY or LOUD MUSIC on the property. If this is a Bachelor or Bachelorette confirm with the host before booking.

This reservation is perfect for larger groups, families, or friends travelling together!

This combination rental gives you THREE SEPARATE, INDEPENDENT units:
- Two private suites in the main house (East & West). Maybe 2 couples in each suite.
- One Cottage in a separate building. Maybe a family with a couple and 2-3 children.

Each suite operates independently BUT you get GROUP PRICING when
booking the entire property together. Ideal for:

The Cottage is an independent building on the property with a large deck and large hot tub.
One bedroom Cottage with 2 beds and a sofa bed sleeps 5 (max)
- Bedroom has 1 Queen bed and the living Room has 1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Sofa bed.
- Full Bathroom
- Complete kitchen with all appliances, dining for 6 around the island.

The West suite for 2 is in the main building with an ensuite bath, a large Deck with a hot tub for 2 and a Kitchenette.
One bedroom West Suite sleeps 2(max)
- 1 Queen bed

The East suite for 2 is in the main building with an ensuite bath, a large Deck with a hot tub for 2 and a Kitchenette.
One bedroom East Suite sleeps 2(max)
- 1 Queen bed

Please note -
No Smoking on Oak Bluffs Road including SOTB property (1KM Radius) till Pirates Road.
Strictly Prohibited: burning candles etc.
Cooking is permitted in the Cottage only.
No campfires.
Do not use the bathtub in west suite due to water tannins and shortage. We are on well water, please use water with care.
No loud music which could discomfort other guests and patrons on the property or neighbours.
The owner's home and manager suite are restricted past the steps and garage.

There is no garbage service on the island. Please take your garbage on your return. Alternatively, drop your garbage at Trussfarms for $8 per bag. We will charge +/-$100 for a garbage bag through a 3rd party service.
