Goshen Crest Farm offers spectacular river views in a private wooded area on 40 acres in beautiful Oldham County. Conveniently located just 20 miles from downtown Louisville and 80 miles from Lexington, Goshen Crest Farm provides the perfect venue for the Kentucky Derby weekend, corporate retreats, family vacations, entertaining, sporting events or a romantic getaway.
Watch the sun rise each morning over the barn and end your day by the fire pit on the patio as you listen to the sounds of the boats cruising the Ohio River.
The main living areas of this stunning home are graced by picturesque views, creating a romantic ambiance that is perfectly framed with finely crafted Italian furnishings.
You’ll long remember your trip to My Old Kentucky Home.
This home offers a total of four bedrooms on the second floor, three with a queen bed and one with a full bed. The third floor offers two bedrooms, one with two full beds side by side. And an additional bedroom with a full bed. Additional space on the third floor can accommodate additional bedding if necessary. A full bathroom with a shower serves the third floor.
The dining room comfortably seats 12 guests and overlooks the grounds of Goshen Crest Farm. The dining table in the kitchen area can accommodate another 8 guests.
The lower level entertainment area has a large bar, pool table, theatre room, fitness center and bathroom with shower.
Alfresco dining can be enjoyed on the Patio!

Lovely get-away place for families or friends!

I stayed in this lovely estate home for a weekend get-away with friends. I found it to be large a accommodating and at the same time warm and cozy. All the common rooms were spacious and could handle a large group. Pictures are accurate but do not convey the large size. The bedrooms and baths were comfortable and plush. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals with ease. All features were as described. The weather was not cooperative so we were not able to do much outdoors, but the grounds looked beautiful in the fall, with changing leaves. I feel certain spring and summer would be delightful. I would recommend for family groups, business groups, wedding parties, any group who would appreciate getting away from the city. My friends and I hope to make this an annual outing.

Beautiful Kentucky Retreat!!

Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations! The setting is beautiful - long curving drive through property to house, private setting, view of the river in the distance, horses grazing, a true Kentucky setting. The home was first class with plenty of space for our group to spread out - high quality feeling and multiple options for gathering or space for privacy - both indoors and out. We used the home as a business base for a group working in Louisville on a three week project. It was a perfect place to relax around an evening meal and work late into the night to prepare for the next day's events. We hated to see our engagement come to an end as we were spoiled with our lodging. We would love to return again either for business or pleasure.

Gorgeous and Inviting

I booked the Goshen Crest Farm in May 2013 for a girls weekend (mini retreat) with six other friends and I have to say this property is absolutely gorgeous! I found this home to be spacious enough to spread out but also intimate at the same time. We spent a good amount of our time hanging out in the gourmet kitchen laughing-making food and outside sitting in the yard which is vast, quiet and serene enough to be alone and journal your thoughts. The horses that are adjacent to the property provided some entertainment as they came right up to us checking our hands for food. The property was exceptionally clean inside and out and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and warm. Booking the house was incredibly easy and Lisa was so helpful and patient in answering all my questions. I could see using this home as a wedding venue, for a family reunion, a weekend getaway with loved ones or a corporate retreat.

We entertain often and guests love coming to our home. We were approached to host a few weddings which is why we started renting the property! We have hosted weddings from 25 to 400 guests.
We also have families that vacation with us from all parts of the United States.
We are happy to customize a package to fit your needs!
