The Space:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located 1st floor unit. This space is fully renovated and offers all of the comforts you need. There's a full kitchen, and full bath w/ tiled walk-in shower. The 3 bedrooms easily accommodate a family or small group. Enjoy the sights and sounds on your front porch. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower, propane grill and washer/ dryer that are all shared with the unit upstairs. The free street parking is a huge bonus, but you won't need to use the car once you get there as the unit is 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk! There are a few chairs and an umbrella located in the shared washer/dryer space for your use.
