Tucked inside a quiet, wooded community on Poconos Lake, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat near Lake Harmony is where mountain charm meets comfort and style. With access to a private beach, community pool, tennis, and basketball courts, plus trails and lakes for kayaking and biking, it’s the kind of place where your days write themselves.

Bedroom 1
Spacious and sunlit, this room features a king bed, dual nightstands, and calming forest views—perfect for slow mornings and early nights.

Bedroom 2
A cozy upper-level room with a queen bed and single bed, great for a couple with a child or a trio of friends.

Bedroom 3
Ideal for groups or kids, this fun attic-style room includes a queen bed and three single beds with plenty of space to spread out.

Bedroom 4
A bonus sleeping space with a sofa bed—perfect as a movie nook, reading spot, or overflow room for flexible group setups.

Bathroom 1 & 2
Both full bathrooms are updated with modern tilework, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches like a hair dryer, body products, and great lighting.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook, while the large dining table seats 8+ for meals, games, and late-night wine chats.

Outdoor Space
Step out to a private deck with a hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and peaceful views of the surrounding trees.

Guest access
You`ll have private access to the entire home, deck, yard, and fire pit. Guests also have access to the community’s shared amenities, including the beach, outdoor pool, clubhouse, and sports courts (open seasonally).

Your booking includes free parking in the horseshoe driveway (4 vehicles max) — no street parking allowed.

Interaction with guests
We don`t live on-site, but we’re always just a message away via the Vrbo app. Whether you have a quick question or need something during your stay, I`m always happy to help.

In case of emergencies, we do have local support available to assist when needed.

You’ll have complete privacy.

* Security Cameras *

For your safety and to monitor occupancy, there are two outdoor cameras:
1) above garage facing driveway
2) side door (entrance) facing side yard
There are no indoor cameras.

* Pets Welcome – With Approval *

We allow pets with prior approval. A $50/night fee per pet applies. Pets must stay off furniture, be leashed outdoors, and cleaned up after. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage.

* Booking Requirements *

You must be 25+ to book, unless approved in advance. No 3rd-party bookings—the booking individual must be staying at the property.

Accurately input all adults and children when booking. Additional guests incur a $25/night fee per person.

* Guest Details Required Before Arrival *

All bookings must provide:
– Full name and ID of the primary guest
– Names and license plates of all vehicles
– Signed rental agreement (link will be sent)
– Agreement to Towamensing Trails community rules

* Important notes *

This is a 100% smoke-free, drug-free property. Smoking indoors will result in a deep-cleaning fee.

Occupancy Limit
Maximum of 12 guests, per township licensing and septic system limits.

Pool & Beach Closures
While rare, pool, beach, or other community amenity closures may occur due to staffing or maintenance issues. These are outside of our control, and no refunds will be provided for unexpected closures.

Any fines imposed for violation of community rules will be at the expense of the guest(s).
