Getting Around:
ā Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily walk or bike to the lake, beach, & volleyball court. Alternatively, all community amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
ā We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.
Other Things to Note:
ā The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation.
ā This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.
DOG FEE:
ā $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed.
ā Access to the Camelot Forest community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay.
ā Wander Home welcomes guests with fully verified profiles. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID.
ā Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee.
ā A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations.
ā Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
ā NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS
ā We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
ā When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
