3 bedrooms and 2 full baths overlooking the 2nd hole of the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Course; facing west for AMAZING sunsets! Enjoy your sunset cocktails around the fire-table out back or while dipping in the pool. You will also find a large TV on the patio to watch from the pool or lounge chairs! This home is all on one level, with no stairs. The GREAT room boasts new porcelain wood-grain tile, modern cabinets and quartz counter-tops. The master bedroom offers a king bed, large flat screen TV, attached master bath and walk-in closet along with a slider to access the backyard and views. The 2nd guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a television. The 3rd guest bedroom can be used as an office with television or the Murphy bed can easily be pulled down which offers a real queen mattress. Additional sleeping arrangements can be made on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Close by you will find the Cave Creek Regional Park with MANY walking, hiking and biking paths. Take the included bikes for a ride! And for the golfers, the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is at your back door! Another favorite is the Rancho Manana Golf Club close by as well.

INCLUDED IN RENTAL - A set of men's and women's right handed golf clubs to use; as well as 2 bikes!

The garage can accommodate 1 car only, but any additional cars can be parked in the driveway.

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

***Please note that the pool is not able to be heated in the winter.

All the furniture and accessorises were new, in great condition and very high end, certainly not your typical rental quality. There were sufficient supplies to ‘start’ your vacation rather than having to rush out to stock up on supplies.The west facing yard and pool area was an absolute gem, so quiet and peaceful - your very own personal oasis. Unfortunately too cold to use the pool but it did look inviting. The views of the golf course and the sunsets are a lasting memory as well as watching the humming birds feeding in the morning.Spoilt for choice as there are a plethora of golf courses all within a 45 minute drive from the villa.We leave with very fond memories of our stay at Casa Cave Creek. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa and highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.As always the service and professionalism from all at Lattitude 8 Vacations was exemplary. Special thanks to Justin who welcomed us to the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful home, modernized and very well equipped, in a quiet location. We spent Feb and March there and it was the best of all the homes we have rented in North Scottsdale and Cave Creek over the years. Our only complaint was the unseasonably cold weather for the bulk of our trip, so we weren't able to enjoy the outside amenities as much as we would have liked. It is very well outfitted and the few things it was lacking were quickly delivered by Justin. The location is outstanding - unobstructed view over the golf course and walking distance to a good grocerty store.

Wonderful Beautiful Home

Cant say enough about this home. We enjoyed all the amenities. Will be back. Our property manager Justin was the best. He answered our questions in a very timely manner. He actually made a special trip to help us with the TV. Don’t hesitate to rent this lovely house. Close to shops, restaurants, and spectacular sunsets from the patio. Susan and Roger

Nice property but won't rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to leave 41 days early due to the Corona Virus pandemic and were not refunded any money. As repeat customers who stay 2 months at a time and the unprecedented nature of what was happening in America we felt they could have at least refunded us a portion of our rent. Due to this we will not be renting from them again. Property is nice and location good but would recommend they update the Master bath.

It is comfortable with every amenity and updated nicely with 2 big smart TV flat screens. Nice golf course view. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery and restaurants. Property management responded quickly if we had questions. We are returning next year for another long stay!

The home was very well stocked with all items you need for a long or short term stay. The west facing back yard with pool backs onto the golf course and offers privacy and a great view. Grocery stores, dining and shopping are within walking distance. Wes from Latitude 8 Vacations was very helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
