The 1-bedroom + den layout comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, a Double-over-Double bunk bed in the den, and a Queen pullout couch in the living area. Unwind on the balcony or explore everything Aqua and the Lower Mission have to offer. Note: Nearby construction takes place Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine. - Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest. - The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to. - If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area. - If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately. - The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit. - If after your stay we discover that the hot tub (if applicable) has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200. - All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station (if applicable).
