Damage Deposit
A $305 refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in.

This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout, provided:

No damage is found to the property or its contents

No excessive cleaning is required beyond normal turnover

No house rules were violated (including occupancy, smoking, or pet policies)

No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home.

Smoking is allowed outside only and must be done away from open doors and windows.

A $300 fee may be charged for smoke remediation.

No Animals
Animals are not allowed unless approved in writing prior to arrival.

Unauthorized pets may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

No Parties or Events
This property is intended for quiet, respectful use only.

No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted.

Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.

Guest Count
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight.

The maximum occupancy is 14, per local ordinance.

Cleaning & Check-Out
Basic tidying up is expected:

Wash dishes or run the dishwasher

Place used towels in the hallway bathtub

Dispose of all trash in outdoor bins

Please report any damages before departure

Check-in: After 4pm | Check-out: Before 10am

Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request and approval.
