Create some of your favorite vacation memories at this desert charmer! Surrounded by mature landscaping, from the moment you pull up the drive you'll feel at home. As you walk inside, you will instantly take notice of the living room's leather seating and large Smart TV. Steps from here, the full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops, making cooking a breeze.

Down the hallway, the primary bedroom features a remote workstation, a large TV, ample storage space, and an en suite bathroom. No one's comfort will go unattended to, as each of the rooms is cooled by central air-conditioning and adorned with soft linens. A private washer/dryer ties together the interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy Arizona's radiant weather from the invigorating water of the private pool. Pair your pool dips with a soak in the hot tub. Close to your stay, enjoy visiting Verrado Golf Club, Sundance Park, Estrella Mountain Regional Park, Desert Sky Mall, and multiple delicious dining options.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

THINGS TO KNOW. Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa, it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

As golfers we needed a reasonably priced, convenient location, that would be clean, have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, refrigerator, washer, dryer, and tv. This property checks all the boxes. We found nice breakfast restaurants within a few miles, too.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, in the perfect location. Checking in and checking out was so easy and seem less. The pool was beautiful, I wish there was more light in the backyard or in and around the pool for better night swimming (it’s pretty dark in the backyard after the sun sets). But overall 10/10 and our family will be booking again in the future.

Our Stay in the Desert

We traveled from California to stay here for my nieces wedding. The home was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed it very much! Especially the outside amenities of the pool, jacuzzi and putting green.

Really nice house with a pool and spa

The place is beautiful and the property manager was extremely accessible. Enough towels for an army. Very well maintained property.

Great Property

This property was exactly as shown online. A great home that was clean and had easy access to major roads. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a grill!

Great place!

My two sons and I came into town to watch the Final Four games. To start, the place was really clean and the property manager was very responsive. The house is great, and the backyard is like an oasis with the pool, hot tub, putting green, and cornhole set-up. The place is centralized, so we were able to get to Glendale, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix really easily. It's a great place, we will be back next time we're in Arizona.

Great

This was our homebase while checking out the Verrado/ Victory area. Not too far of a drive to get to the area we wanted to explore, however, if you want to get a feel for the Verrado/Victory area you should stay near Main Street. That being said, this place was super clean, decorated nicely, comfy beds, awesome communication. We had a good experience and would recommend!

Gorgeous Backyard Patio

The home was very clean and close to Verrado Golf. What we enjoyed MOST was the backyard entertaining area (pool, mini golf, bags, hot tub, and gas fire pit) what more could you want?! The grill could be upgraded but not sure how many people grill in 90+ either. The communication with the property management was excellent where we were able to check in a few hours early. Enjoyed our time very much at this property! EVERYTHING you could want was here where it’s hard to get the motivation to go into town.

Amazing Anniversary Trip

Amazing 3 bedroom home, way more then we needed for the two of us but cheaper then a hotel. Cute little grocery store up the road to get a few things and we were set. So nice to be able to get up and not have to worry about my husband waking up too. He was ablt to sleep in while i was in the living room having coffee. The hot tub was amazing and we were in it often!! Close enough to everything we needed but still in a quiet area. We will never go back to hotels again, why would you when you can get an amazing place like this for less money. We will be back!!

Nice back yard

The back yard was great!! We rented this house due to location to my son's house. I would say that the listing needs updated. There was no umbrella in pool like it shows in photos. Wish there was one for shade! The master bed room does not have TV, which said it did. I do believe the bed in master room needs to be upgraded or have an topper added to it, the mattress needs help!!! But the house was great for what we needed and the back yard is the best part of this home!!!

Beautiful Home with Great Amenities!

This is a very nicely decorated and comfortable home! It has an open concept flow. The reclining couches were a plus, and the beds, mattresses and pillows were super comfy! If traveling with small kids, I would place some is the more fragile decor out of reach. There are safety locks on the back door for pool safety. The back yard is amazing! Great grassy play area, putting green, and backyard games! The pool is gorgeous and even though we stayed in December, we enjoyed the hot tub and cold plunging in the crystal clear pool! Everything was extremely clean and the neighbors are nice! There’s a community park down the street with a playground, several fields and basketball courts. We didn’t use the community and fitness center amenities but there is a key fob for guest access. Location is perfect, near the front of the Verrado community with quick access to restaurants and the interstate. Check-in and checkout instructions were easy. Host communication was great. Perfect stay and we will certainly rent here again and recommend to others!

Relaxing and comfortable

Everything was wonderful. The home seems brand and was beautifully decorated. The back yard space was perfect and relaxing. The only two negatives we experienced were: 1. The propane table was out of propane. When we contacted VACASA, we were told they were not responsible for propane. I asked why that wasn't mentioned in the listing (although it says there is a fire pit) but they never responded. 2. The other small matter was the hot tub. It was a little low on water and smelled like it needed to be treated. We also inquired about that and received no answer. One other minor issue that occurred was the power in the living room went out twice, however, VACASA was very responsive and directed us to the electrical panel where we reengaged a tripped breaker. Overall, we had a wonderful time and it was exactly what we hoped for.
