• The living room is the heart of the home, with a couch and lounge chair anchoring the space for people to gather for reading, games, or relaxing at the end of the day.
• The basement has a pool table, providing an extra gathering space and activity for fans of in-real-life games. **Please note: we are continually working to improve this space and make it more comfortable and welcoming while still keeping it true to its quaint beach-town roots.

Bedroom 4: full-size bed, cozy for up to two people
Bedroom 5: two twin beds, great for kids and solo travelers
Bedroom 6: two more twin beds
Bedroom 7: full size bed (sleeps 2)

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
The home has one full bathroom on the main floor in between two of the bedrooms, just off the living room. It features a shower/tub combo and is fully stocked with towels and basic shower essentials for your convenience.

The second bathroom is in the basement and serves as the “beach shower” when everyone comes back coated in sand! This bathroom is accessible through the back door from the patio (if coming from outside adventures) or through the door in the living room, but PLEASE watch your head going down the narrow stairwell.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked cleaner's cabinet and the basement space behind the curtained off area. Please forgive the appearance in the basement as we keep working to improve the home!

Other things to note:

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home.

- By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please be sure to check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
