Privacy & Shared Property: Guests have exclusive use of the 3rd-floor Penthouse, accessible via its own private entrance. The lower levels (2nd-floor suites and 1st-floor lounge) are separate units occupied by other guests with entirely different entrances. While property managers or owners may occasionally be on-site, they respect your privacy and tailor interactions to your preference.

Occupancy Limits: Accommodates up to 6 guests, with a strict maximum of 4 adults due to the Full-size bedding configuration in the second bedroom.

Accessibility Note: The Penthouse is located on the 3rd floor. Guests should expect to navigate an entry ramp and walk up and down structural stairs during their stay.

Child Safety: Children are welcome! Please note the layout features open stairs and balconies requiring active adult supervision at all times.

Quiet Hours: Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM per city regulations. Please respect lower suites: keep voices, media, and footsteps quiet. Avoid running or stomping as sound travels downstairs.

Security: For guest safety, exterior cameras record video/audio of access points - main home entrance front door (not Penthouse entrance) and driveway. No cameras are inside or face private spaces.
