We really loved our stay here! We went up for my wife's birthday with some of her friends and really loved this house. The shower was incredible, fancier than we have ever experienced. The hot tub and the view you get from the hot tub is unbeatable though!

Going to Glenwood? This is the place to stay. House was amazing! Hosts were great and super responsive. Beautifully decorated and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The beds and linens were soooo nice! The host left 2 dozen eggs for us which made breakfast so easy everyday. Beautiful views from the deck and stargazing at night was a plus! Would absolutely stay here again.

This home worked out great and had everything we needed! The host went above and beyond for us and made sure our needs were met! Clean, comfortable, the deck was a great place to hang out and the hot tub was lovely! I would 100% stay here again if we're in the area!

Beautiful farm house, super clean! Our family of five was very comfortable here. The host was easy to talk to and even recommended a great rafting outfitter for a float down the Colorado river. If we travel this way again, we will be back!!!

We have stayed at VRBO's all over the country and this updated farmhouse is at the top of out list for the nicest people and the most beautiful with attention to detail remodel we have seen.From the gorgeous kitchen with 2 dozen eggs upon arrival to the incredible bathroom with a huge rainfall shower head and an incredibly comfortable king bed they thought of everything and every detail to make this a warm and inviting home.

House was as advertised and it couldn’t have been better for family of 5! Beautiful quiet location! Neighbors were riding horses down street and saw a few deer and wild turkeys roaming the area. It was a short drive to Glennwood and enjoyed being out in the countryside. Our girls ended up making friends with the neighbors and helped sell roadside lemonade. Would not hesitate to comeback. House was well stocked and host was easily accessible. Very much impressed with this house!!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Farmhouse. The attention to detail was perfect. We had everything that we could need. The beds were perfectly made comfy. The house was immaculate. The hot tub was a special touch and being able to bring our dog made it so we could really enjoy our selves instead of leaving our dog at a kennel. our host was there for any questions or anything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything from start to finish was so easy. For the price, you are getting a stay that exceed expectations. We booked the farm house for a staycation and it was perfect. You're writhing decent distance of Glenwood Hot Springs and its downtown area. The home is so clean and more than what you can expect for most listings. It's exactly as it looks in the photos. The host, David, was so responsive and great at communicating anything you may need to know. We had a cake that we needed refrigerated while we were at the hot springs and he allowed us to drop it off early (before check in) to make sure it was taken care of. Such a simple accommodation meant the world to us for our stay! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend anyone else traveli mg to the area to stay here as well!

We had a fantastic girls trip long weekend at this wonderful farm house! The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the hot tub and were even able to collect our own eggs from the chickens up the hill. It’s a quiet area with lovely views of the horses across the way and the mountains. The owners were super accessible when I had questions and had help on site immediately when needed. We also appreciated the fact that we had to bring a dog last minute and they accommodated our request! All of us agreed that we can’t wait to book another stay!

Our stay at David and Abbey’s farmhouse was wonderful. We stayed over the New Year for 10 nights, and it was so nicely decorated with Christmas joy inside and out. Super clean. Flannel sheets that were to die for, they were so comfortable. Our dogs were more than happy, though we did have to find places to walk them. David and Abbey were hosts with the most. Anytime we needed something they accommodated. Would return in a heartbeat. It’s rare to arrive as strangers and feel like you made friends.

We have had a lot of guests but very few times have we felt that they converted to life long friends, If you are so lucky as to host these fine folks, JUMP AT IT! They were a joy to have and we even ended up going out to a very enjoyable dinner with them, CANT WAIT FOR THEM TO COME BACK !!!

This was the perfect get away for us! Everything was better than advertised. Furniture & beds are comfortable, kitchen & bathroom are generously stocked, decor is welcoming and lovely. We had a great time on the front porch just watching the world go by and the owner was wonderful, responsive to all our questions and so helpful & generous. We will be back for sure!

The farm house has a nice country feel in a lovely area. Everything we needed was supplied, and then some - even fresh eggs. The 'back yard' is kind of a work in progress. We were invited to walk in the orchard, then a kind neighbor asked if our grandson wanted to use his swing! New windows and shades worked well. We enjoyed the night air through them until the train, a half mile(?) away, awakened us. We appreciated the many flashlights provided and the caution that weather sometimes causes power outages. Indeed, one eve the electricity was off from No Name to New Castle! It added to our adventure :-) Many thanks to David who welcomed us, shared some history and responded to our requests in a kind and patient manor.

You got to experience true rural living all in one trip ! We do have occasionally lose power, we do have a train 3/4 of a mile away. When the windows are closed no one hears it. The two issues you have brought up are not in my control, I lost power on my ranch and I heard the train too. As for the rear section of the property we advise folks it is a work in progress and we are in the worst drought that we have ever experienced. We just put out almost 100K to purchase our own water truck to irrigate the most basic of things. It’s been very tough going without water for irrigation but we are committed to make our clients experience wonderful!!
