Welcome to Rod's Marlin House!

5 Bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 Baths. House is located just a short walk past 2 houses to the dune walk over. There is a partial view of the Gulf from the balcony. The property is south of Thomas Drive and there is no busy street to cross in order to get to the beach. it is an easy walk to the beach.

This 2 story house has 3 bedrooms down stairs, each with king beds, and a shared bathroom. Upstairs there is a bunk room, and a master suite with king bed and private bath. The living area contains an open kitchen with bar counter and lots of kitchen space. Additionally the living area contains a sleeper sofa and a dining table with seating for up to 8. There is also a 1/2 bath for your convince off the living area. For additional sleeping there is also an addition set of bunks in the corner of the living room. Please see below the specific notes regarding each bedroom and recommended occupants.

For entertainment there is a 75'' Flat Screen TV in the Main living area. The 'Game Room' also contain a large 43'' Flat Screen TV plus a full size pool table and electric dart game. Additionally there are 26'' flat screen tvs in all the bedrooms. Fubo streaming service is provided and of Course Free Wifi.

Loved the property the moment I arrived. It was perfect for me and my family. Plenty of room for all of us. Only 2 houses away from beach and easy walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Grandkids loved the pool!!!

The house was perfect for our group size. Location was perfect and having a pool was a hit for the kids!! A better explanation of the interior would have been better as we had a few with stair issues but we made due. All in all we were very happy with the home and had a great time!!

House could have been more accommodating with your supplies to live away from home for 1 week. House needs lots of updating. Location and neighborhood was awesome!!

Nice, clean place, close to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Conviently located.

The house was great, one the East side of town, but alot less traffic. Walking distance from the beach. Only minutes from anywhere that you need to go. Landlord was a great guy, and easy to deal with. I would surely rent from him again.

Awesome location, private pool was wonderful!!

Our first impressions of the inside of the house were disappointing, but we truly had a wonderful time with our children and grandchildren we had plenty of room for our crew. All appliances, ac and plumbing worked perfectly! Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Thank you for a great vacation! Pros: private pool Location just a short walk to the beach Location close to all the attractions Very nice size rooms Good wifi Cons: Needs fresh paint especially in entryway caused a bad first impression Picture appears to have stainless appliances, but the microwave and stove are actually white appliances that have been painted to look stainless and just looks bad. We didn't feel it was cleaned well before arriving (dirty oven, orange residue on kitchen counters, Sandy sheets on top bunk bed, cracker crumbs in bedroom closet.)

Love, Love, Love Panama City Beach!

Awesome beach house...listing and photos accurately reflect the house's actual appearance. It's location is not only close to the beach, but also to the main PCB activities, attractions and restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to deal with from the first email to the last.

This is a great beach house!

We love the location of this house, it is literally only 2 houses from the beach! Just walk down the street and you are there! We had 6 adults, so there was plenty of room for us all. If you have small children, there are lots of bunk beds to accomadate them. It was nice having the pool table for hanging out in the evenings. The private pool outback is awesome. Great location, and lots of room. Thanks, Rod!

This place is awesome!

We have rented this place twice. It's a great place on the owner is a pleasure to deal with. Our group had a total of 8 people, four adults and four children and there was plenty of room. The open floor plan in the kitchen and living room area was nice so that we could all hang out together while some where cooking and some where watching TV and playing games. There is a great beach view from the deck as well where we enjoyed a cup of coffee every morning, and the new game room was a great place to gather at night after a long day on the beach. Speaking of the beach, it's just a few steps down the street, which has almost no traffic. The splash pool in the back was a great place as well and my wife loved the garden tub in the master bath. Lots of restaurants, bars, putt putt and go carts all within walking distance. Great place!

Best Panama City Beach House experience ever.

First off, the owner of the property was a pleasure to deal with. He was very accomodating and made sure that everything was lined up for us upon arrival. Everything was as he said it would be and he gave us a courtesy call just to make sure we were satisfied upon arrival. The house is marvelous, the beach is literally footsteps away and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Everything in the house was clean and new. The outdoor area was peaceful and relaxing. We had a group of 7 and it was more than comfortable. The bunk room and the additional bunk in the living area for anyone with a couple young ones and/or teenagers is perfect. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family. We will be going back again next summer!
