This updated, multi-story house offers an ideal layout for large groups, with plenty of space for both relaxation and entertainment. The main level features two separate living rooms, each equipped with a smart TV, providing flexibility for movie nights, remote work, or quiet reading.



The home provides flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 14 guests. Downstairs on the first floor, a private bedroom is furnished with two queen beds, conveniently located near a full and a half bathroom. The second floor houses four more bedrooms: a primary suite with a king bed, two separate bedrooms each holding a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds.



The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, flowing into a dining area that seats eight for memorable group meals. For your convenience, driveway parking is available right at the house. Step outside to your private backyard, a quiet retreat perfect for enjoying the Los Angeles weather from morning coffee to an evening glass of wine.

For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the property, monitoring entryways and common areas only.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential..
