Welcome to your ideal Athens stay! This bright and spacious second-floor apartment is just steps away from the city's top restaurants, coffee shops, entertainment venues, and only one block from the Classic Center. The University of Georgia campus and Sanford Stadium are a short, easy walk away, making this the perfect home base for any visit.

The unit features three large bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 1 includes a king-size bed, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen-size bed. Every bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity for your convenience.

The open-concept kitchen and living area create a welcoming space for relaxing or entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen includes all essential cookware, plus a large island with bar stools for casual dining. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.

Unwind in the living room with a 55" TV equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick—stream your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more (please note: cable is not included).

A washer and dryer are located at the end of the hallway and available for guest use.

This unit is located on the second floor, stairs are necessary to use to get to the unit.

Parking is located in the nearby parking garage or on the street. Parking is paid parking and subject to availability.

You will receive a code before your check in.

Travelease Protection: We want you to have a worry-free vacation, which is why we offer our travelease protection program when you book with us. With this program, you'll have coverage for up to $200 in accidental damages. Plus, we understand that plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, and a 50% refund for 7 days (minus the Travel Ease protection fee). Additionally, if the weather takes a turn for the worse, you'll have the ability to reschedule your stay. So, rest easy knowing that we've got you covered.
