A dining room table with seating for 6 can play host to a raucous round of games as well as serve as a formal setting for mealtime. Round the corner into the spacious kitchen, well-equipped with all standard appliances, cookware, and dining ware for when you need to whip up a quick bite on the go or try out takeout from a local restaurant. Make a stop at the coffee maker and take your cup onto the quaint back patio to enjoy a quiet morning at the café table for 2.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Parking in the lot is available for 1 vehicle. A parking pass is required on football weekends and will be in the unit upon arrival. The pass must be returned in order to avoid a $100 fine.
