This is the Main House with 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths on 1.6 acres of ocean waterfront. You will also have exclusive access to the bunk house. There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment above the garage that is not included. I may stay there from time to time as my wife and I also enjoy the coast. If you want to book the whole property we can send you the listing.

There is a chance that outdoor space may be shared with me or another guest who stay at the unit above the garage.

We sit on a very calm bay and have 5 kayaks for you to explore and experience the Maine costal life!
