All spacious bedrooms with generous storage and closet space. Once you step outside, you will find a fenced in backyard, ideal for yard games and sunbathing! Located in Pettasquamscutt with private access to Narrow River. There is a small beach that is a 2 minute walk from the house where you can launch a kayak/paddleboard, swim and jump off floating dock! Minutes to scenic local beaches, restaurants and shop. This home truly combines comfort and convenience in a prime location.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
