Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen/dining, patio, front yard chairs, note that this is a section of a bigger house, which has more than one sections that are not shared with anyone else. The garden is the only common area.
Other things to note
Guests should try not to wander off to places with people they are not familiar with. Do not leave lights, AC, and water on, once you are leaving the space.
