Stay in our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, designed to offer privacy, comfort, and style. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the private pool in a fenced garden creates the perfect setting to relax under the Florida sun.

Located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, our villa serves as the ideal base for your adventures, with Walt Disney World just minutes away. You’ll also find a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options nearby, making your stay even more convenient.

The villa features a spacious living area with a vaulted ceiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. A large television supports streaming services, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The dining area, seating six, alongside a cozy nook table, provides the perfect setting for meals, whether a family dinner or a quiet meal for two. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances and all the essentials needed for your stay.

- Master Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, and a pool view. Private bathroom with a shower and glass enclosure.

- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed with a smart TV.

- Third Bedroom: Two queen-size beds and a smart TV, perfect for children or additional guests.

Second Bathroom: Equipped with a tub/shower combo, conveniently located between the bedrooms.

Outdoor Area: Private pool with lounge chairs and a dining area. Pool and bath towels are provided for your convenience.

Entertainment: Free live TV channels and streaming options (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.) with your subscriptions.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle, and a full set of cutlery and glasses.

Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer available for guest use.

For the Little Ones: Pack & play and high chair provided for infants.

- Pool heater: $40 per day. Minimum of 3 consecutive running days. Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool and tub are connected and share the same temperature.

- BBQ rental: $85 per week with one full propane tank. Must be requested 24 hours in advance

In accordance with Florida State law, smoking is not permitted in the living and sleeping areas of the villa.

WELCOME PACK: To make your arrival easier, we provide a starter welcome pack including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 soaps per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom ,1 roll of paper towels, 1 dishwasher detergent packet, 1 trash bag per bin, 1 laundry detergent box (enough for one load)

Guests have private access to the entire villa, pool, garage, and lanai. Pool heating and BBQ are available on request (additional charges apply).
