Guest Access:
Check In:
• Guests will arrive at the front desk for check in. The resort staff will hold your luggage and you can use the amenities if you arrive early on your check in date. Your suite will be assigned by the front desk at check in and you will be given keys to access.
• The primary guest must be 21+ to check in (must match ID).
• A $250 refundable damage deposit will be collected at check in at the front desk. It will be returned assuming there are no damages to the suite
• Reservations 5 nights or longer may be relocated during the stay to a similar suite for housekeeping purposes

Parking:
• Free self-parking is available on site for guests.
• the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• On site EV chargers

Resort Fees: (These are collected at the resort)
• There are no additional resort fees (other than the refundable security deposit)

Helpful Hints:
• Wi-Fi is available with pricing based on length of stay and number of devices.
• Shuttles are a paid service via a 3rd party vendor. Advanced reservations are required.
• Please be advised that Kingstown Reef is a Non-Smoking resort. Owners/Guest will only be allowed to smoke in one designated smoking area. Smoking will not be allowed in the unit, balcony/Patio or any other part of the resort.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
