All the comforts of home can be yours, including an Outdoor Gas Grill and the owners 4 Seater Golf Cart, if you choose to rent it during your stay. With an ideal location close to the amenity center including the Pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, tiki bar & grill and the resort / lap lane pools! There are 2 bedrooms (Comfortable beds in both bedrooms), A Den / Study with a comfortable sleeper sofa & Tv. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1 car garage / private driveway. The owners store the golf cart in the garage, so there is no space for a vehicle inside the garage. You can park in the driveway or in the guest parking spaces nearby. In addition to the golf course, Babcock National offers superb amenities such as a First-Class Clubhouse that includes a Bar, Fine Dining Restaurant, Card Rooms, Locker Rooms and more. There are Multiple Tennis & Pickleball Courts, A Resort Style Pool, Lap Lane Pool, Hot Tub / Spa and 3 additional satellite pools and Outdoor Grills throughout the community. Enjoy drinks and incredible food at the Watershed / Poolside Tiki Bar & Grill. You'll have access to the 24-Hour State-of-the-Art Fitness Center, Aerobics Studio, Men's & Women's Steam Saunas and the Full-Service Day Spa, all for your use and enjoyment.
